The death toll in the wildfires burning in Northern California is rising as search teams go through the rubble looking for more victims. At least 31 people have died in the blazes that began Sunday night. The Sonoma County sheriff announced that 17 people in his county have died. There have been over 1,100 reports of missing persons in Sonoma since the fires in California's wine country broke out.
Of those, authorities are still trying to locate 400 people.
