Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce broke his silence on his "fun, fun day" with pop superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift at Coachella 2024.

"I like to see it from the fans' perspective, like, the people that actually... because I am, I'm a fan of the music. I'm a fan of live shows," Kelce said during the latest episode of his 'New Heights' podcast alongside his brother and co-host, recently retired former Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro center Jason Kelce. "I want to see it from the front of the stage."

Several clips shared online showed the couple among the crowd of festivalgoers at the Indio, California, music festival this past weekend, which included Kelce effortlessly pick Swift up over his head so she can get a better view during Dom Dolla's set Saturday (April 13) night, as well as the two dancing during Swift's friend Ice Spice's set, which included dancing while the rapper performed her remix version of the singer's hit 'Karma.'

Kelce admitted that he and Swift "probably could have finessed" their way into a private space for the event, but claimed they wanted the real experience.

"I think it's just that much more of an experience if you're in the pit, man, if you're in the madness with all the fans," he added. "It was awesome, though."

Several fans acknowledged how "safe" Swift appeared to be in public with her 6-foot-5, 250-pound boyfriend while standing among the crowd of festivalgoers.

"Travis is the only bodyguard she needs," a fan wrote in response to a clip shared over the weekend.

Swift was also spotted wearing a green hat promoting the 'New Heights' podcast, which she turned backwards at one point while dancing. The three-time Super Bowl champion famously revealed that he attempted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number when he attended her concert at Arrowhead Stadium prior to their relationship last summer.

Swift later said that Kelce "very adorably put me on blast" when he acknowledged the situation on his podcast, which she said "was metal as hell" while being featured as Time Magazine's 'Person of the Year' in December 2023.
