Happy MEMORIAL DAY weekend!

How should we honor our Veterans and Soldiers---this

MEMORIAL DAY weekend, and everyday---throughout the

year?...

With poverty, homelessness, mental illness, unemployment,

home foreclosures, and today's multiple deployments

presenting even more personal challenges to our Veterans and

their families---the women and men in our Armed Forces are

now fighting a war on two fronts---on the field of battle and at

home..

●Nearly one in seven are homeless...

●On any given night in America, more than 67,000 Vets are homeless...

●More than 20,000 active-duty Vets and Reservists with GOVERNMENT-

SPONSORED mortgages lost their homes in 2010---automatically figure

that was up 32 percent from 2008...

●And, what about those who serve with honor,  but lose faith in their

missions?

What do they need and how can we help them? We owe them so

much...
