So, let's talk about the Chicago Mayoral race and Ferguson and the need for an "URBAN AGENDA"...

These two cities are both emblematic and symptomatic of the pain and possibilities of early 21sth century America...

With reports of CIA-type "Black Sites" in Chicago where arrestees are beaten and shackled, held---"off-the-books"---and worse-

And, with a searing DOJ report that revealed institutionalized racial bias among Police and Court staffers---Racist email between employees of Ferguson's justice system---disproportionate numbers of stops, searches and arrests---and verbal and physical abuse of Ferguson's Black residents by members of that Police Department---

The American People are moving, marching and voting for justice and change...

What are the items that should be on the "URBAN AGENDA"?
